calls from toll free numbers

Does fongo blocks calls from toll free numbers?
An 800 number tried to call me 3 times today but my android mobile phone didnt ring, how can I fix this?

block anonymous calls feature is not checked in settings, I am using fongo version 3.5.0.1

The toll free number is probably not blocked by Fongo, but the 1800 party on the other side may have blocked the Fongo exchange because it is unfamiliar with it. Might have to contact the other party to add your Fongo number to their white list.
