Port Freephone line number to Telus
Not sure if this is appropriate form or not. But I have been with Freephone line for more than 10 years. But recently having problem with it since work from home started in march.
Every day or every week I have to power on off. Then it works but only outgoing.
No one can call and we can call out. I missed so many calls. Mostly important appointments.
So I want to port my freephoneline to Telus cell phone.
What documents FPL needs in order to start this transfer? Telus will require the details. what?

You can PM me if need more details.

Thanks
RDT

You don't appear to be interested in troubleshooting, so I won't bother trying to.

Porting requests are initiated by the service provider you’re porting into—and not by the one you’re leaving. It’s Telus that needs your information. Contact them.
Refer to https://support.freephoneline.ca/hc/en- ... er-carrier. Your Freephoneline account will be terminated
after porting out, and you will, consequently, lose your VoIP unlock key.

Also Fongo support staff isn’t obliged to read these forums or respond here. If you want to contact them, submit a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Please do not send me emails; I do not work for nor represent Freephoneline or Fongo. Post questions on the forums so that others may learn from responses or assist you. Thank you. If you have an issue with your account or have a billing issue, submit a ticket here: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Visit http://status.fongo.com/ to check FPL/Fongo service status. Freephoneline setup guides can be found at viewforum.php?f=15.
