Hello,
I have been trying to get the windows desktop app to work as I have it installed on a PC with Windows Vista Home Premium as this seems to be only way to test it out prior to buying a SIP unlock key and ATA. I can make an outgoing call using the desktop app and make a call to my mobile phone. However, there is no audio in either direction.
I have disabled the SIP ALG on both my ISP modem running in bridge mode and my router.
Can you suggest what may be the issue and help me resolve this problem?

No audio on windows app
Hello good people,
Able to make call from FPL windows app to mobile phone but no audio in either direction. Have disabled SIP ALG on modem and router.
No ATA being used just testing directly from the FPL windows app then make a decision on further investment.
Pls help.

The Windows desktop app has never been reliable, and bluntly, it is not worth your time. If you want to see how good Fongo is on you internet connection, just download the Fongo app on your Apple or Android device. If it works on your internet connection, the SIP settings should work also.

Download the Android or Apple Fongo app instead, and test your internet connection with that instead. If the quality is to your satisfaction, the SIP settings should be also.
