Impossible to register(First Timer !)

Hi
I got my credentials this afternoon and for the life of me,
my pap2 will not register. Tried on line 1 & 2 to no avail.

I can register my home phone (Via Iristel) with no ease.
I also have a California DiD so I can be local to my Parents
Via "Callcentric" which again can be registered with ease.

I'm using couple of Guide Lines in this Forum in combination
with the info that is under "sip setting" in my account, so
everything is up to standard I think. The time & date are
also correct in my ATA.

Any input would be much appreciated.

Problem is most like a port issue. I noticed when trying to configure my voip devices to Freephoneline, it really has to use port 5060, otherwise it won't work.

What I suggest you try is to change your other voip providers to other ports (5062,5063) etc. and keep freephoneline @ 5060. Then forward port 5060 to your freephoneline ATA.

Reboot the router, and your ATA and see if that works.
