FPL line identified by number only and not name

What is the proper configuration when I call from FPL line to show my name displayed? PAP2-NA
What am I missing?

Our service will only display outgoing number in the caller ID as of this time. In the future we would like to support name as well, but that is network dependent, since we route calls through different networks to reach your destination, the CID trunk is sometimes lost and will only display your number.
Incoming call ID will show name and number on your phone.
