Our devices, and most others, will support two active lines.
You need two individual freephonline accounts, two configuration files and a phone that supports two lines OR two phones (his and hers? ;) )

I do this myself and just flip my phone back and forth. This way I can have a local 519 number for my regular calling, and a 416 number in Toronto for my girlfriend to call me locally from school without needing a calling card.

Each account will need it's own configuration file, so that would be $50 x2
