Need to improve services
I think FPL needs to improve on their service soon more stable cause there are Magicjack and Nettalk they have step up their services so far.
Someone colleagues at work they switched from Bell and Rogers to Magicjack Plus they like their service so face.
I like to support FPL very much so keep it up guys.

Re: Need to improve services
I have a magicjack, and it is a nice service, but it has issues with call quality, at least in my neck of the woods. If you could easily get SIP settings from magicjack, then I could agree, it would give PFL a run for it's money. It is amazing how good FPL sounds when you use a $600 Polycom phone! (which i got for $35) You just do not have that flexibility with Magicjack or Nettalk. I am a strong believer if your VOIP sounds like crap, it is most likely your gear and internet connection that is your problem.
Saying that, there are certainly things FPL can do to improve their service, and they do, but it is never fast enough.

Re: Need to improve services
I'd like to inquire about how you see us as unstable? If you're having stability issues with your line we can definitely look into that. Our servers and network run 24/7, 365 and if we had stability issues as a provider you'd certainly hear about it from other members of our forums. Let's focus on your specific stability issues - can you provide more details here?

Re: Need to improve services
Actually depend on your ISP service provider if you have high speak internet above 10Mbps then you are good with Magicjack plus and Nettalk.
Of course I had an older magicjack needs to plug computer to make call or receive call so I went with FPL so I can use on my iPhone which I really like it.
One thing I dislike about FPL that is only 6 ring then connect to Voicemail, but I know that you guys are working on that issue

Re: Need to improve services
I know one of the reasons for limited rings before going to voicemail is that FPL wants to ensure that calls are answered. Answered calls means $$$ for FPL (even if it's a very small amount, but it adds up) which helps their ability to provide us their service for FREE.

Magicjack is the worst shit I've had, it is in the bin to give you an idea of what it's worth.
