Can't receive/make any call just from around 1:30pm

ATA status shows ok and registered but call out is dead air and can't receive any calls - also follow me and voice mail doesn't act as well.
Can someone have a look please?

Hi there, AT 6:23pm it would seem no incoming calls are working.. everyone gets a system busy signal.

same here...7:03pm EST...busy signal for everyone calling in and not able to dial out either.

dead air after i dial the number, same goes when some one calls, its 11:10 pm est.

sure would be nice to know if this is going to be a regular thing. so far it seems every few days the phones start doing the same thing

FPL support...any help on clarifying what is going on? Seems to me that it is a widespread issue...any chance you can keep us informed of server upgrades and changes if thats whats causing the issues? A simple banner at the top to let us know the current line status would be great.
