hi
I tried to register a phone # for my sister who lives in Waterloo but I could not find the Waterloo #.
I live in Toronto and try from here as she is not very good with computer.

any Idea

Kitchener/Waterloo is grouped into the "KW" city option :) If you choose that, you will be fine. Make sure you provide her valid address in Waterloo for 911 purposes.
