Registration state: Cannot connect to login server

Hi all,

I got the softphone worked with freephoneline number and trying to configure my Linksys PAP2 to work in following the configuration for Linksys PAP2NT-NA found at http://forum.freephoneline.ca/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=310

It couldn't login to voip.freephoneline.ca with Registration state: Can't connect to login server

I got no dial tone, no lit on line 1 on my Linksys PAP2

Question: Do I need to activate the freephoneline number first to be able to dial out or receiving the calls using the Linksys PAP2 phone adapter? Can I get money back if my Linksys PAP2 couldn't work with voip.freephoneline.ca after activated?
I'm not sure if my Linksys PAP2 is unlocked.

Did you purchase the configuration file?

The software is free, and if you call in to verify your address info so is 911 (if you don't there is no charge, it just won't work).

Your VoIP Username and Password are NOT what you log into your FreePhoneLine.ca account with.
