Correct settings for incomming calls

When I try to receive calls to my FPL number, it directly jumps on the virtual answering machine: The person you tring to reach is not available...
Do you have any tips for activating incomming calls?
ATA Sipura SP-2000.

I am going to assume you mean the Sipura SPA-2000,
Open UDP ports 5060 and 5061, and to avoid other issues also open 13000 and 13001.
Make sure incoming proxy is enabled and set to voip.freephoneline.ca as well as that, try looking for a "DND" -- Do Not Disturb setting on the SPA-2000, I think they have that on there and it's easily enabled so that may have happened.
If that doesn't work email me with your FPL phone number and if possible some screenshots of your configuration.
