Is freephoneline a SIP provider?

I am going to buy a wifi phone and the manufacture said "The wifi phone is not allowed to set skype. It supports most of the SIP providers"

yes, FPL is a sip provider. It should work fine with the wifi phone!

you have to buy the config file from FPL for $50. That's the only way you can get the SIP settings.

you have to buy the configuration from fpl to use your phone, so sennding your telephone spec. has nothing to do here

Config files are $50, the settings would be 1+youphonenumber@voip.freephoneline.ca plus all the passwords and such that are unique to your number and provided through the config file.
