I don't know how to describe. But this is what happens.
I am calling my cellphone from FPL line. While checking messages I call FPL line from my regular Bell Land line.
I get busy signal. Should I get Busy signal or Should it go Voice message service?
I prefer it go to Voice-Mail like regular Land line. Tell me if busy signal is by design or?
Line Busy tone.
