Porting a number *out* of Dell Voice

Is it possible to port a number out of the Dell Voice service or are numbers "trapped" and non-portable? I've been pondering moving a number over but if you can't port a number out it's a non-starter for me.

Yes, numbers can be both ported in and out of Fongo.

Mike answered, but search the forum also -- some providers have restrictions on what numbers you can PORT IN, and their required documentation can be troublesome -- ie: if they need a BILL to prove ownership of the number, you may have issues, as there is no BILL from DV. Most carriers will accept a screenprint of the account info screen BUT NOT ALL.
