Can you please post a bit more about your setup and what you are using (app, ata, softphone)

I can't receive call either. For last year and half the freephoneline was working fine. However for last few months it become terrible. Service up and down. For now I am able to make calls but cannot receive.

My adapter is Linksys pap2. I can call out and can't call in.

I can receive call some time. But, most time, I can't.

At the same time, the call forwarding works. I have to forward my phone to my cell phone now.

I believe you have no problem to get the call from other telecome company. But, your system has problem to forward the incoming call to my port.

I'm in Ottawa, and FPL works perfectly fine for me. I'm able to make and receive calls. If I may make a suggestion, completely reset your ATA (to factory settings) and then re-enter the SIP key info that FPL gave you when you purchased your unlock key. If you're using a router, make sure that it's set up properly too.
