Can't get system to work...period
Writing more out of frustration than anything else...Don't these guys ever return a call?
The installation process is pretty straight forward. The unit worked but, I could not receive calls.
I noticed one of the phone extensions was out and tried a basic rewire--just added a split phone line no big deal.
Then the whole phone system was dead. Can't get anything to work no matter what I do.
They told me to unblock SIP on Modem. ISP assured me no blockage exists...and the Fongo phone adapter did work once.
At a loss, and no one returns a call! *%&##!!

We are investigating this issue under ticket #5384.
I am suspecting an issue with your ATA.
Thanks,

you will want to log into your ATA device and confirm you have the correct SIP password in the device (best to manually type it back out) then hit update and then reboot.

Can someone look into ticket #2447? The connection is lost completely from yesterday.

ATA 701
All of my settings are configured properly. Some have even been re-entered and updated just to make sure.
Dialing out and I get the message, "This password is invalid"
Is there anything left to do

Excellent service. Quick follow-up. At the end, we did a factory reset and re-configured the adapter. It is 100% functional again.Fongo Support wrote:Hello there, sinot wrote:Can someone look into ticket #2447? The connection is lost completely from yesterday.
