DID

Post by cmun »

Hi,

I try to route a DID number to my FPL number and it errors out. The DID provider suggested that their IPs are blocked by FPL.

Is any way you can fix this?

Cheers and thanks!

AFAIK there is no SIP URL you can route calls to on FPL. You should be able to forward the other number to your FPL number though.

It is strange to say at least that I can very well route my DID to another SIP provider but couldn't do it to my FPL SIP number.

Oh well.. I can use them instead.

Cheers and Merry Christmas!

That'S because FreePhoneLine is only half of a SIP service provider. Their business is not into offering full-fledged SIP service, just the SIP account to connect to a phone or ATA, the rest is normal phone networks.
