If I get the ATA, does freephoneline have call waiting?

How can I toggle between calls? Eg. I'm on the line and another call dails in.

The flash button (usually if not it's own button, it's paired up with the TALK button)

Re: Call waiting? vbuzzer does not have call waiting

Post by azatfpl »

Hi I am new in this forum. I have recently moved from Vonage to vbuzzer but not happy since vbuzzer does not have call waiting and vm can not be accessed from phone set. FreePhoneLine does not advertize that it supports call waiting but this discussion says it has call waiting. Can some people confirm and tell how to use this feature e.g. using flash button?

Also, does it support US 10 digit calling? Because caller ID gets 10 digit no., if you do not have 10 digit dialing then you can not just redial the no. from call ID.

Thanks in advance for your time and support.

The Call waiting feature works with the ATA device, so the flash button will allow you to toggle between calls if you would like. Also to access your voicemail, all you would need to do is dial *98. When you say support US 10 digit calling? There is a free city calling list on our website but if you are trying to call the US, you can buy Long Distance vouchers online and most areas of the States are $0.02 a minute. No matter who calls you, it doesn't matter how many digits it is, you will be able to see it on the caller ID. I hope this is what you are referring to. If you have any more questions, you can always call one of our representatives for more questions. 1.866.515.5550.
