Hi,
I was able to retrieve voicemail from home on the computer, but when I call the local access line, it asks for an account number. I assume this is my phone number with area code? I have tried it several different ways (with/without area code, password, with/without # after), but it always says it is an invalid number. Is the account number the same as the phone number? If so, how many digits? And if it is, mine does not seem to work remotely.
Thanks!
JC

Re: Can't remotely access voicemail
The account number is your entire 11 digit phone number (1NPANXXXXXX) and the password you set through the software / ATA device.

Pardon, are you accessing your FPL voicemail from a landline or cellphone by dialing a particular number?
