No audio

Hi
I have a problem. I can make a call from the computer. But there is no audio (incoming or outgoing).
I have opend UDP ports 13000, 13001, 5060, 5061, 6060 and 6061 on my router (DI-524)
When I run a connection test i get this: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=zja5bl&s=4

I have a HP Pavilion with Windows 7, I have Rogers High speed internet, with a DI-524 router. I have assigned my laptop a static ip.

What am I missing? What do I need to do to fix this?
