Hello
I've subscribe for an account 2 days ago
I have still the first email with validation code ( with my home phone number )
Since then, the information on my account has been changed.. cannot login.. and when i request an email "forgot password" I received something like : Here is the data for your FreePhoneLine account: email=*******@hotmail.com password=w q蚚h櫷g琬e?
And cannot register for a news account since ..
How can it be solved

Your login problems should be solved soon. One of our database servers decided to kick the bucket on the weekend, the good news is we're working as we speak to restore the backup.

I have the same problem. Maybe it only effecting the people who recently signed up. I signed up a few days ago too.

Is it working for you now? We spoke with the system admins this morning and they said the database was entirely restored but they did run into 7 or so accounts that didn't get restored properly and will have to be done manually. We've solved most of these today with a few phone calls, but it's possible yours might be in there too. Email admin@freephoneline.ca with all your account info and contact info.
@Savario, I know the admin is working on yours too - I'm not sure the status off hand as he is away from his desk

I created my account on Feb. 15, 2009 and it was working. Yesterday, when I try to login, it says invalid account. Is the same problem again with servers? Should I have to email admin with account details? I still have the freephoneline account validation email saved in my inbox. Is is possible that someone has hacked my account and changed password and corresponding email address?

Correspondence email address is ONLY what we send emails to, your username cannot be changed.
If you email me your FPL number and login email (if other than the one you sent from) I'll get it restored.

What was your FPL number? There were a few that needed to be recovered but even more where the logs just showed invalid credentials.

Could you check my case, please? My account became inactive just after I received the e-mail with PIN and I put it at the phone call from FPL. Since that time, when I try to login at FPL webpage, I receive the message "invalid account". My e-mail is the same configuerd at my forum user profile .
