hello , i have a news user and im in quebec city my freephoneline number is in (418) and my cell phone is in (581 news area code in quebec )
but when im would like to call in my cell is a long distance is it a bug or normaly ? is it possible to me to call in my cellphone or in not possible

581 should be covered. Send a PM to Steve or Kris with the full number and ask them to double check if it should be a free call or not.

You haven't logged back into this forum to check out the answer, I suppose, but if you provide us with the first 6 digits (NPA-NXX, in this case 581-nxx) we can help you out a bit. If it is indeed a free calling area, then as Jake posted, PM Steve (or Kris) and have them manually verify and update the tariff table. Your issue MAY have been fixed by the last round of tariff updates, although that also seems to have BROKEN some formerly free calling areas. Y.M.M.V.

Although you did say it was QUEBEC CITY, so, one would assume that it WOULD be covered as a free calling area call.
