If I understand this correctly, it will allow per minute calling to Canada (when not free), the US, and the rest of the World with per minute rates on the softphone. This would apply if one did not choose the per month packages that are available ($4 or 12 per month).
For me, this is ideal and it is one of the main reasons I choose FPL over the other options that were available.
Can you confirm this is the case?
Can you advise if the posted prices will apply?
What will the in Canada rate be (its not posted right now)?
Can you confirm that this service will also work with the ATA?

As far as I know this will work for your account in general - be it ATA or Softphone.

Canada and US are both 2 cents a minute
The only ETA they're giving us tech's is "soon", unfortunately I don't know anything better at this time
