Spent an hour on my PAP2-NA..and heard "that password is invalid"..Just noticed..you guys charge for "configuration files"..
I have a PAP2-NA...so can I only pay for the "configuration files"? how much is that...thanks!!

The configuration file is $50.00 + Tax. You may call in to one of our call centers to purchase one. Currently it's credit card only.
