Can I pick up the device?

Post by nick »

Hi, I am wondering is the "79.00" package including a phone, like your website showing? or just the VOIP adapter?

It seems that your company is located at,

30 Duke St. W, Suite 602. Kitchener

Can I come to pickup and pay you guys by cash?

Thanks,

The $79 is device-only. There's some confusion on the website that is being cleared up soon, but the SIP setting configuration settings are still required to be purchased for $50. Right now it says this in the brackets after the first bullet, but we are working on making it more visible because the web-designer mixed a few things up.

We don't accept cash in person, but it's possible we could take cheque. If you phone in to order make sure you're speaking to an agent at our head office. At that point, you could arrange a pickup time and find out the information about paying by cheque because he/she will be able to check directly with a manager.

If you already have an ATA (Analog Telephone Adaptor), you don't need to purchase one from FPL.
In that case all you need to pay is $50 for the configuration settings to activate your ATA.

Correct.
Just our adapter also comes with our support for the adapter. Being a free service, we can't offer support via phone/email for third-party devices.
