Motorola SIP Phones Requiring MAC Address for Cable Internet

Dear all FPL Customers,

All Motorola or other SIP Phones requiring a MAC address for Cable Internet (ie. Rogers) cannot be configured via MAC address.

-- This means feeding your ATA/SIP Phone the SIP Settings/Config File directly, similar to how the the softphone works --

The only way we could configure those (or you could using our config file) is if you had ADSL internet (ie. Bell, 295.ca, Primus, etc).

As for UNLOCKED ATA's that were once with another VoIP company and were unlocked by you or someone else or that you bought unlocked I will put a strong disclaimer that although we will try to support it and will not put any restrictions that are not on our customers that purchase our ATA's, UNLOCKED ATA'S MAY NOT HAVE THE FULL FUNCTIONALITY THAT AN ATA PURCHASED BY US OR ANY RETAIL STORE WOULD AHVE

Unlocking an ATA or any device for that matter may cause it to lose some funtionality even if it is done successfully.

Thanks!
