At current time because of the way it is programmed in Java we are unable to make it portable. The request has already been put in for this feature in the future because a lot of people are requesting it!

i have managed to make this portable :D. I downloaded a portable version of java and loaded it on my usb stick. Took the installed software on my pc in the program files and copied the whole folder over to my usb drive. the only thing is you have to edit the configuration file. you need to edit the drive letter of the usb, for example the freephoneline is installed on c: on your home computer. when you plug in your usb drive (depending on which pc and if it has more drives on it) it can be e:, f: g: etc. so you need to go into the configurations and change the path accordingly, for example: all the underlined letters below are for c: (your home pc), you need to change that to whatever drive letter your usb is when you plug in your drive to computer.

[Java Runtime Environment]
Maximum Version=any
Library Path=C:\Program Files\FreePhoneLine\native\;
Minimum Version=any
JVM Type=favor_client
Main Class=vonix.ua.MainWnd
Preferred versions=1.6;
[Product Information]
Product Code={60A79928-80B6-46CF-9696-5DF3075832AE}
Product Name=FreePhoneLine
[Application]
Application Type=gui
Failure Check=yes
Single Instance=yes
[Class Path]
Class Path=C:\Program Files\FreePhoneLine\;C:\Program Files\FreePhoneLine\FreePhoneLine.jar;C:\Program Files\FreePhoneLine\lib\jmf.jar;C:\Program Files\FreePhoneLine\lib\dsn.jar;C:\Program Files\FreePhoneLine\lib\imap.jar;C:\Program Files\FreePhoneLine\lib\mailapi.jar;C:\Program Files\FreePhoneLine\lib\pop3.jar;C:\Program Files\FreePhoneLine\lib\smtp.jar;C:\Program Files\FreePhoneLine\lib\Redirect.class;

to whatever letter the usb drive is when you plug it in. save file to your usb. then it works. only thing is on different computers you have different drive letters sometimes. so can be a pain in the ass to change letters and editing. if you can find a way for it to stay then ace. hope this helps in development.

This is correct but it defeats the purpose of a convenient portable software ;)

We are creating an installer that installs all the necessary components to run it off a USB stick or SD Card with Plug-n-Play abilities.
