PAP2T Dial Plan and Long Distance
IS it possible to configure the dial plan on the Linksys PAP2T to prepend my FPL access code and a pause when I dial a number outside my LCA?

If you have speed dial on the physical phone, it is yes.

Re: PAP2T Dial Plan and Long Distance
So, the answer is really no as far as having the ATA dial "1234567890[pause_of_some_kind]1234567890", correct?
