SPA-2102 and incoming calls problem

Post by zoro »

Everything is working fine with outbound calls and inbound as well, but I have to reboot SPA in order to start receiving calls.

If, I leave it like this, after few min, no incoming calls coming through, but phone phone I'm calling from shows ringing all the time, but my phone attached to ATA is not ringing, unless I reboot ATA again.

I have PAP-2T with FPL as well and no such issues.
Settings are all correct as far I can see.

I don't have G729a only, but 711 as secondary one.

Device is behind TP-Link 8817 router which does NAT-ing and SPA is behind in Bridge Mode with static IP.

I have SPI firewall already OFF on TP Link. Tried with UPNP enabled, but no change.

Any idea.

Thanks,

Try running STUN (stun.callwithus.com), NAT Keep alive enable and NAT mapping enable. See if that helps.

Please be sure to read the forum rules before posting! The device configuration section is a library for sharing completed, functioning configurations. I am moving this to a more appropriate section.
