Can't install dellvoice android app while abroad

Hello, I'm currently travelling abroad, and wanted to use dellvoice/fongo to make calls home through my android phone.

Problem is, I did not install the app prior to leaving canada. The googleplay store will not allow me to download the app, as it says it is unavailable in my location.

Is there some way to get this application directly?
