Someone's trying call me, and my soft phone did not ring, and in call logs it shows,
Kitchener-WaterlooFibernetics block
what's this mean? If I pay you guys $50 for the configuration file, will my phone still be blocked..
Also I noticed sound is not continues...Sometime I can hear some times not. I have a 5mb internet connection...I tested online...real downloading speed is above 3mb and uploading speed is above 700k...what's happened?

Re: A few problems
It's likely something blocking the network traffic. One-way audio and no ringing are the number on symptoms of that.
Try:
Disabling any firewalls and internet security applications you are running
Setting your router to forward UDP ports 13000 and 13001 to the computer with the softphone on it
If you do both of the above, it will solve that problem 99% of the time.
