International calls from homeline

Hi,

I noticed in the Store that when you purchase credits, it says for Desktop app or Smartphone app. Does that mean you can only dial international from these two devices. We can't buy credits to call internationally from our home free phone line?

Home phone would be classified as the "desktop". Desktop is essentially the all encompassing name for the SIP based service.
