Need help for Configuration CISCO SPA100

I went through all steps as to configure CISCO SAP 100 as per

after i can not hear dial tone on my phone. please let us know what else to be done.


I have change SIP username, SIP password, Inbound/outbound proxy. User preferred code. RTP packet Size, Ring tone Frequency,

the only question i have kept Dial Plan as it is i have made no changes to it
or
you want me to copy Recommended Linksys Dial String start (911....

Ethernet cable is attached to CISCO adapter and one to bell modem. Shows Green Light on my Adapter.
Power cable is attached to CISCO adapter and to the main power - Shows green light on Adapter
Phone one wire to cisco Adapter and the other to main phone . No Green light . Cannot figure whats the issue.
On my adapter i can see green light on for POWER, INTERNET and
no lights for phone 1 even the phone one end wire is attached to CISCO adapter and one to phone

Please help me out. what else need to be done.

Have you tried the IVR? If you press **** you should get a message. If you respond with 110 you should then hear the IP address of the ATA.

Actually dialed **** & 10 got the ip address of cisco SPA112
logged in
changed the settings added th FPL proxy settings
and my SIP user name and password
but the Phone Line LED does not light up green
and there is no dial tone
any help would be much appreciated.
