How long it will take to create a configuration file!?

I have paid for a few days for the configuration file. I am still waiting for the configuration file. I wondering how long it will take to create a configuration file??

Billing is done manually, that's the only holdup. We sell countless numbers of configuration files in a day, so processing and running the payment for each one can have a few day delay. We will hopefully have an automatic billing system in place in the new year, making this a much more efficient process. As the sales agents say, it can take 5-10 business days maximum.
