When international long distance calls will be available?

I've been waiting for FPL to begin the international long distance service for quite some time now. I dont need to sign up for the flat rate plan ($13.95) but would love to just pick up the phone and call overseas at the advertised rates on the main FPL website. It says "soon" but its been showing that forever.

Any ideas when the service will be available?

I can't give an exact time frame now but I will definitely ask tomorrow when I'm in the office.
