voice mail from outside

Is there any way I can check my messages from outside? I got an email with the attachment but my iphone can't play the .m3u attachment. Is there a way I can dial in to my phone and then listen to the message from outside?

If you check out our FAQ there are remote voicemail access numbers that you can dial to check it remotely, but you need to set up a voicemail password via your ata or software phone first.

Hi I read the FAQ, and I set up the password, but at the Voicemail system prompt, it asks for my account number. I entered my FPL phone number and it said that it's an invalid account. Did I do something incorrect?

It may not explain it in there (oops) but you need to enter your "account number" so 1+FPL number.

I've try the Softphone to setup my password, the automatic program can't register my password,
I press 6 digits then press #, and the system say again, " Change password" so if I try,
System say " Pleasy hangup, good by "

I've try with a mobile, using the phone for voice mail, can't login, INCORRECT PASSWORD ?

What should I do ?

Can I use another softphone, with my account ?

Sorry for the late response, and yes if you've purchased SIP settings you may use our service with anything you wish. Have you also tried hanging up as soon as you type your password and hit #?
