No Inbound Calls

Hi,
When I first set up the Linksys PAP2 ATA, my ISP was Videotron (cable) and the router used was a D-Link 624. The set up was easy as 1,2,3 no issues what-so-ever. Well, my headaches began when I changed the entire system. My ISP is now AEI (PPPoE) and my router is a Belkin N150 (which in my opinion is a great unit). So, I reconfigure my system as it was prior to replacement and now I can't receive any inbound calls unless I'm on the phone. I read all threads and attempted everything under the sun to receive incoming calls. But continue to fail terribly. Is there someone who can suggest or advise on something else which would cure my headaches?
