Incoming calls still go to Voicemail
Incoming calls still go to Voicemail
Hi,
I have configured the devide to have use the preferred codec to "no", but all incoming calls still go to voicemail directly.
Any suggestions, or set ups that I may be messing up?
Thanks.

PM me your number and I'll check a SIP log. That'll show if/why the ATA is rejecting the callnillin wrote:Hi,

Re: Incoming calls still go to Voicemail
I 've checked all configuration, but still same thing.
There are two numbers on my ATA, another one just works fine.
PS: FPL is on line1, another one is on line2.
Any ideas?

Re: Incoming calls still go to Voicemail
hi,
i've been experiencing the same issue. incoming calls going straight to voicemail.
the only think I've done since this new issue is that I've checked my voicemail.... lol I don't think that's what caused it.

Re: Incoming calls still go to Voicemail
I changed nothing.
Let's say my cat changed something, or if I sleep walked to my computer..... where should I look? lol
SHould I just compare the settings provided from freephoneline.ca and compare them to the ones I have currently?
If the settings are the same... then what?

Re: Incoming calls still go to Voicemail
If it is still not fixed, check if DND is off
Re: Incoming calls still go to Voicemail
I tried. still doesn't work for me.
Last week I reset my spa 1001 and followed the configuration step by step to make sure everything was correct.
Another issue is the device failed to register, it happened 3 or 4 times a week. It worked fine if I changed the SIP port to 80.
I set FPL on line1, another voip provider on line2 just works fine.
It could be firewall's problem?
