Grandstream HT 702 & HT 812 configuration

Hello Members,

i have two phone account from free phone line ( 1st home phone number) ( VOIP unlock key), i purchased in 2013 and (2nd home phone VOIP unlock key ) i purchased in 2017. i have been using grandstream HT702 ATA ( Program -- 1.0.10.3 ) adapter since 2013.

i was able to configure 1st phone line on FX1 port and have been using since 2013 with no problem. after i purchansed 2nd VOIP unlock key in 2017, i tried to configure in port 2 FX2. but never ever able to configure FX2 properly. some time my 2nd phone line works some time it does not.

can some one please help me configure HT702 with two phone line working ?? or Configuration on HT 812 for two phone lines????

I would not use the same SIP server for both FX ports. If you use voip2.freephoneline.ca on one, use voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060 on the other, for example.

I would also ensure both FX registrations are not using the exact same Local SIP Ports and Local RTP Ports as well.
