I found this and the only thing you need to do is fill in your FreePhoneLine settings where it is "red" if this helps anyone.

What advantages could we have by using Bria than by FreePhoneLine? multiple accounts with single interface? or supporting fax over IP...? just curious, thanks.

you can ONLY use Bria if you paid 50$ for the sip settings with freePhoneLine (its for those who want a PC Softphone software instead of paying for ATA device hardware.)
