does "Grandstream GXP2130 Enterprise IP Telephone" support FPL?
if so, where I can get the setup guide?
I search in the forum and no luck?
if someone knows, please share with me.

I do not know if there is a Grandstream GXP2130 Enterprise IP Telephone on the list, but even if there is not, you take a look at the SIP setting on any Grandstream device that is on the list, you should be able to make use of those settings on your Grandstream GXP2130 Enterprise IP Telephone.
