Hi there,
I have a suggestion about running Dell Voice on multiple devices such as pc, android phone/tablet, iphone/ipad etc.
I don't know if it is possible but I use a program called Tango for video calling and when someone calls me, my Tango account on both my pc and android phone would ring. When I answer with either pc or android phone, the other would stop ringing. I'm not sure if this same thing is possible with Dell Voice, but it would be nice to just have them all running and answer on the device we wish to use. Once answered, the other devices would stop ringing.

I agree it is a very good idea, especially for people who want to use it on their cell phone and as a home phone.

+1 on this one! This would probably make me cancel my phone line to go completely with Dell Voice. However, it's complicated now as I need to remember where was the last place I connected! Thanks!

+1 for this, an important feature for me, or at least simultaneous ring on the DV and any follow me numbers.

The simultaneous rings would be a good suggestion as well. The way they have Follow Me, it only rings one number at a time and moves on to the next after so many rings. If they all rang at the same time, we can choose to pick up with whatever device we are near. If you really want it to ring on multiple devices, or to run on a MAC/Ubuntu/etc, just buy the config file. You can them use something like sipsorcery, pbxes, or set up a PBX at home; then you can do pretty much whatever you want with it. When you have the config file you can use a softphone on your MAC.
If they don't have a number in your area, the only thing you can do is beg and wait or buy one from another company.
Either way, there is lots of ways you can cut down/out your phone bill even if it does cost a little bit for the config file. In the long run you will end up winning. I know I did.
