Why does my account vanished?

It can not be found whatever I am trying to login. I still have $5 long distant credit on this account.

Can someone help to get my number back? At least refund the $5 back to my credit card.

I have used it for about 1 month. During this month, all is ok. But just now, the android app prompts me the account is not exists any more.

Every now and again my app logs me out and I have to remember the settings again. More often than not I forget the email address I used, or the password.

Try resetting your password and see if that helps.

i am using the android app. it suddenly sign me out yesterday and no matter how I try, it can't login any more. i used android app to request reset password, it said the email had been sent, but i never get it. I use the website to send forget password request, but it told me the accout is invalid.

Please check your email- if you did reset pwd from device should work.

Unless you have a typo in your email address.

The email is 100% correct. I have tried at least 10 times. If I give it a new email, it will direct me to register page.

But can not know, why i use www.fongo.com to reset the password, it said invalid account. I have used this account about a month.
