Call drops every 4 minutes.

User of World Edition here, trying to call numbers inn Nova Scotia.

This happens in both 4G and wife connections. Idk what to look for to provide more information.
I noticed that the app goes to red (like disconnected) for a second and then returns to connected.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can submit a technical support request at https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
When using Fongo Mobile, you’re connecting to servers in Ontario, Canada, by the way.
Severe ping spikes can make calls drop.
