Voicemails don't appear in my email :(

I have a Fongo account.

On my laptop's web browser, I log into my fongo account and go to https://www.fongo.com/admin/settings/voicemail/.

In the first setting, "Voicemail to Email". I choose Copy. I then scroll down and click "Update Settings" to save the change I've made. I then place a test call to my Fongo phone number. After a few rings, the answering machine picks up. I then hang up. I notice that the voicemail is shown on https://www.fongo.com/admin/reports/voi ... sgNumber=1. But I don't see any emails. I've even checked my Spam folder.

Which answering machine picks up? Your answering machine (from Panasonic phone) or the Fongo system voicemail?

For me i needed to use a new email that was never used with fongo or freephoneline and all got ok.
