Show connected but call fail

Hi, I have an Obihai 202. I have using FL for 2 months without problem. Now the phone is not getting cal and can't make call. I have reset the Obihai to default setting, then working for 1 hour after the service is down. I tried to call with my cell phone and it's not ringing and show call fail.

I have checked my FL account and it's show SIP is conneted to Obihai 202. I have check obitalk.com, the system status show that the SP is register.

When I disconnect the ATA and check the SIP status in my FL account it's show connected to the Obihai 202. Is it normal that the SIP is still connected to the ATA even the devices is power off?
