Are there SMS-to-Email and Voicemail-to-email features in Fongo Mobile app and Fongo Mobile web account? If a mobile phone is lost or not working for any reason, the subscriber would still receive important SMS and Voicemail messages via email. If not available, can you add these features similar to Fongo competitor TextNow feature scope?

Also, why its not currently possible to forward calls received on Freephoneline and Fongo Mobile numbers to the same 3-rd party number, even if using the same userID & email for both accounts? Fongo Mobile is used on a mobile phone and Freephoneline on a PC, so if both aren't accessible at the moment, the Fongo subscriber would still be able to answer the forwarded call on the same 3rd party phone number.

You should be able to set the voicemail to forward to an email address. You can do this in your online admin in the settings section. I don't think there is any sms to email though.

I believe the reason why they made it so you could not forward more than one number onto one destination number is to stop people setting up call centers and the like. What you can do is daisy chain the numbers, so #1 forwards to #2, and #2 forwards to #3. This way calls to either #1 or #2 end up ringing on #3.
