Can't receive SMS from some numbers

I've subscribed to SMS for about 5-6 days. Now, I could send SMS to anyone I try. I could also receive SMS from people on Rogers, Fido, Speakout, and Freedom. However, I'm still unable to receive SMS from Virgin, though I could send to it. Anyone knows what could be the problem?
