Fongo missing calls

When my phone is in use, I receive calls no problem, but if the phone has been sitting for about an hour, and I try to call my Fongo number, it does not ring. I seems it only does this once the phone has been idle for some time. If I have used it within the last few minutes, then it will ring without any problem. I do not have Fongo set for battery optimization and it happens either on wifi or cell data.
