Cannot Use the service

Hi morning, i just downloaded the fongo app then created an account form the ios app,i received the confirmation email but its not recognizing that link as confirmation.
the email link takes me to a browser page, that page says to open the app, the app is opened after a confirmation message and i enter credentials but its not recognizing my information.

would be much appreciated any help!!!
